Simply provide your details, attach your resume, and include anything else you feel is important to help us understand your experience and qualifications. APPLY FOR A POSITION
Our hiring team reviews applications as they are received. Candidates whose qualifications closely align with the role will be shortlisted for an initial 1 hour virtual or in-person screen. This conversation provides an opportunity to discuss your interests, highlight your relevant experience, and ask questions about our company and culture.
TALK TO THE HIRING TEAM
Candidates selected for the next round will participate in a series of virtual or in-person interviews. The first interview is led by the hiring manager. Subsequent discussions focus on team dynamics and organizational fit with prospective colleagues. Feel free to ask questions anytime—we want to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone.
MEET TEAM MEMBERS
As part of the final evaluation, we require two professional references, with at least one being a former or current boss, supervisor or manager. We will promptly contact them. If you are selected for the position, we will extend an initial verbal offer, followed by a formal written offer and benefits package to review at length.
REFERENCES AND OFFER
Once you accept the offer, you will be asked to complete several onboarding forms, including one for a criminal background check. Upon clearance, the final step is to complete all government-required employment forms, which will be electronically sent to you. We then look forward to welcoming you to the Ox team!
